Request for proposal for Security service for the Green One UN House (Ref. 2-180102)

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified firm to provide Security service for the Green One UN House in 304 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi, Viet Nam (Ref. 2-180102).

In May 2015, 13 United Nations (UN) organizations based in Hanoi, Vietnam moved to the Green One UN House (GOUNH), located at 304 Kim Ma, Hanoi. The size of the compound is more than 1,000 m2. The building contains 6 floors including the ground floor. The premises houses approximately 320 individuals, and expected to rise up to 400 in the next years.

This Request for Proposals solicits bids for unarmed private security services provision of the Green One UN House. The contractor may be used by other UN Agencies (which are not located in the GOUNH) or for the use of UN residences.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 9.00 am, Friday 9 February 2018 at 304 Kim Ma Street, Hanoi. Participation by Bidders in this pre-proposal conference and site visit is strongly recommended.
