Supply of Portable LED Light Towers with Generators for UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) in Brindisi, Italy has a requirement to establish a long-term contract for the supply and delivery of portable LED Light Towers with diesel generators for UNGSC, Brindisi (Italy). The Portable LED Light Tower (~9.00m height) shall comprise of the following components: - 1x automatically retractable/extendable telescopic lighting mast, equipped with adjustable LED floodlights (light heads); - 1x chassis equipped with sound and weather-proof canopy, enclosing a water-cooled diesel generator and the relative fuel tank and control panel; - 1x single-axle wheeled trailer for towing, compliant with international standards for road transportation; - Spare parts kits (Tower and Generator). The modular system shall be suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions (desert, mountainous, etc.) and different climate zones (tropical, sub-tropical, temperate and cold), and easy to assemble/erect for rapid deployment. After-sale Support to include warranty support and spare parts, and remote assistance on technical issues. The contract term shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (1+1+1). Delivery Terms: Delivery at Place – DAP UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy and Free Carrier – FCA nearest port of exit (Incoterms 2010).
