New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Team,In the Financial offer details Tab we have to mention the Total Financial offer, that column is not accepting numerial value or word value. Please confirm on how to fill that tab.Please also confirm whether we have to CPT total value or FCA total Value.UNOPS reply: It should be mentioned total CPT value in the financial offer. There was already attached UNOPS_ e sourcing vendor Guide and it has clearly mentioned about how to fill in the financial offer details tab. In the matter of not accepting numerical value or word value in the financial offer details tab, it may be the connection problem and please try it again. Thanks

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Team, We wish to receive your clarification on this: Under "Form F. Interagency questionnaire, Section 5." it refers to a "Prequalification of the Product." May we know if you are referring to our specific finished products that we are participating in this bid offer or to the TB medicines that have already been part of the WHO Prequalification Programme? The TB Medicines UNOPS are seeking for in these lots are included in the WHO Prequalification Programme, do we need to seek prequalification to our specific medicines and manufacturing site? If we need to seek WHO PQ for our medicine and manufacturing site, may we know if this requirement is mandatory or is this optional? UNOPS reply: The FPP offered should comply to the global fund Quality assurance policy. The details are provided in the required technical specifications. This is mandatory.

New clarification added: Please kindly see the UNOPS reply as per below:Dear UNOPS Team, We would like to have the below clarification to enable us successfully submit ITB/2017/2629.1. Item No. 1 is a KIT packs of two products 4FDC & 2FDC, we will have to fill two separate interagency products questionnaire for each products (one for 4FDC & one for 2FDC) as WHO prequalification received is for each individual product not as a KIT packs. please confirmUNOPS reply : It is confirmed.2. While filling the below chart as required in the tender, please do confirm whether we should include item no .1 which is a KIT packs as one row or two separate products (one for 4FDC & one for 2FDC). We have been particpating in PAHO tender thorugh the UNGM Site.UNOPS reply: It is required. UNOPS need to update the bidder information in their system.

New clarification added: Please kindly see the UNOPS reply as per below:Dear UNOPS Team,In addtinon to the clartifction requested earlier, we would also like to have the below clarification to enable us sucessfuly submit ITB/2017/26291) Do we need to consider palletisation of cargo, considering it to be a AIR shipment the freight cost will rise exponentially if palletisated.UNOPS reply - Not necessary if supplier ensures that there will not be any damage to goods on arrival.
