The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified Contractors for the provision of Mobile Telecommunciation Services (GSM) and ISDN/E1 or SIP Trunk services for UNSMIL in Tunis, Tunisia. The resultant contract will be for initial period one (1) year period with option to extend for two (2) additional (1+1) year. 1. Description of General requirements: a) Mobile Telecommunciation Services (GSM); and b) ISDN/E1 or SIP Trunk Services. 2. Conditions Interested contractors are invited to submit their EOIs by email, courier or hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/ information: a). As a mandatory requirement for UNSMIL, before submitting their EOI response, interested Contractors are required to be fully registered as suppliers in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using this link https://www.ungm.org. b). Vendors are to be fully registered at UNGM Level one (1) or above at the time of award of contract. Award for this requirement will only be made to a UNGM level one or above fully registered vendor. 3.
