The Seeds division from Department of Agriculture under Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation with like to procure PUFF Insulating Panels and Stackable Pallet Racks to store the Paddy Seed in Cold Storage.
The Bidder/s shall bid the tender as following Lots -
* Lot 1: PUF Insulating Panels for Yae Oo Seeds Farm (Sagaing Region) and Oat Phyat Seeds Farm (Phyu Township, Bago Division)
* Lot 2: Stackable Pallet Racks for Yae Oo Seeds Farm (Sagaing Region) and Oat Phyat Seeds Farm (Phyu Township, Bago Division)

Ans: polyurethane sandwich panel 2. Reference to Form D: Technical Bid Form – Lot 2: Stackable Pallet Racks.Please confirm if racks should be welded or assembled. Ans: Can submit welded or assembled as desire. Bidder to consider the risk on transportation. 3. Reference to Form D: Technical Bid Form – Lot 2: Stackable Pallet Racks – Stackability: 6 high.Please confirm if “6 high” means “6 units of racks can be assembled vertically.” Ans: Yes, it is. 4. Reference to Form D: Technical Bid Form – Lot 2: Stackable Pallet Racks – Exterior dimension & Post.As we find the dimension of Exterior and Post are same, please confirm the dimension of pallets which will be loaded into rack. New clarification added: Dear Sir/MadamPlease clarify:1. Would you accept panels width 0.96m or 1.1m instead of 1m as indicated in the Technical specifications? Because the Standard width: 1m (Actual width: 0.96m)，and the Standard width: 1.2m (Actual width:1.14m).Ans: Dear Bidder,The size should be exact as it is in the Technical form. Any deviation of the size may disqualify the bid.2. What is the size of the floor panel, please tell us exactly (Not in Form D).Ans: Floor panel size is same as roof size.3. In order to avoid the failure of the bid, we want to reconfirm： EPS for Floor is correct or not. Please note that：The strength of the EPS sandwich plate is very very low. And a small bearing can break it. We suggest that you choose the XPS sandwich plate instead of XPS sandwich plate.Ans: Dear Bidder, the floor panel should be EPS as stated in the techinical bid form.

New clarification added: Dear Procurement Officers,As you requested, you need EPS for floor insulation. But you don't tell us the requiremnts about EPS for floor insulation, such as the type of plate, dimension, and the density and we don't know how to quote. Please confim what exactly the floor puff panel needs. EPS ? or PUF sandwich Panel?Ans: Dear Bidder, our requirement of floor panel is EPS which is 100mm as thickness. The density is already mentioned in the technical bid form and the quantities also in the Form-DThank you very much.

New clarification added: Dear Procurement Officers,We are interested in your ITB/2017/2619 and now we have two questions:ONE: In your title, you need the PUF sandwich panel. However, in the Schdule of Requirements, you need two kinds of panels: one is PUF sandwich panel and the other one is 100mm expanded polystyrene(EPS). PUF sandwich panel can meet the requirement of density: 40kg/m3, but to our knowledge, most of EPS, cann't meet the requirements of desity: 40kg/m3. So can you make sure you need the desity of floor insulation is 40kg/m3?Ans: Apology for this matter in heading. In fact, our requirement is PUF for Wall and Ceiling and EPS for Floor. We do understand that EPS may not have 40kg/m3 but PUF will have such density.TWO: In the Table D Consignee-wise quantity distribution LOT No 1, you mention 100mm Wall +Ceiliing PUFF Panel and 100 Roof PUFF Panel. We want to know if the Ceiling PUFF Panels equal to Roof PUFF Panels.Ans: Yes, as per the Table D the quantities were already set out by the end user. You will need to consider the quantites with each product are align with our table.Thank you very much!

For "100mm Wall + Ceiling PUFF Panel"，I understand that: you need 200 Wall PUFF Panel and 245 Ceiling PUFF Panel.2. For "100mm Roof PUFF Panel", I understand that: you need 245 Roof PUFF Panel.3. For "100mm Wall + floor PUFF Panel", I understand that: you need 200 Wall PUFF Panel and 245 Floor PUFF Panel.4. For "100mm Roof PUFF Panel", I understand that: you need 260 Roof PUFF Panel.According to above, you need 400 Wall PUFF Panel，245 Ceiling PUFF Panel , 505 Roof PUFF Panel ,245 Floor PUFF Panel.Please confirm whether my understanding is correct？Ans: Yes, this is what exactly the requirement is.In addition，please confirm whether Ceiling PUFF Panel and Roof PUFF Pane are the same product.Or whether Ceiling PUFF Panel and Roof PUFF Pane are the same product.Ans: Both ceiling and roof PUF are the same product. New clarification added: Dear Sir,Please clarify:Cold storage warehouse will be a Civil constructed ? or PEB Structured building?Means,Whether we should PUFF Panel fro Ceiling type or for Roofing (directly exposed to sun)?Ans: Yes, it is PEB Steel Structure building.TOTAL PUFF PANELS WILL BE FOR BOTH STORAGE HOUSE:100 mm Wall PUFF panels- 400 Nos. X 6.2 m long = 2480 m2100mm Roof PUFF panels 490 Nos. X 8.4 m long = 4116 m2100mm Floor PUFF Panels 490 Nos. X 8.4 m long = 4116 m2 (same as roof area).Kindly confirm the above qty in Square metersAns: Bidder to decide right quantities as stated in the ITB and unit measurment.regards

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,- Oat Phyat Seed farm is the name of the place located at Phyu Township, Bago Division and Yae Oo Seed farm is the name of the place located at Yae Oo Township, Sagaing Divison.- Due to specification changes (material deviation) we have to cancel the bid and re-tender with new specification.Thank you,IRM Procurement Team
