SaaS Event Registration System

The OSCE Secretariat Conference and Language Services (CLS) located in Vienna, Austria organise a large number of meetings, conferences and events. Currently, there is no specialised IT system for the management of event registrations. Event attendees are managed manually using Microsoft Excel; tracking all details and modifications in these spreadsheets is complicated, time-consuming, and error-prone.

The CLS is interested in identifying and deploying an Event Registration System (ERS) that shall increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the event registration process and the management of attendees by OSCE event organisers.

This Request for Information (RFI) is targeted towards Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers with substantial capabilities, qualifications, and experience in the provision of hosted ERS.

Kindly familiarise with the RFI – SaaS Event Registration System which is developed in a close collaboration between the CLS and the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Service; this RFI contains information on the current situation, desired technical and functional requirements, RFI procedure, etc. The RFI document and related information is available on the OSCE website at https://procurement.osce.org/tenders/request-information-saas-event-registration-system

The Procurement and Contracting Unit (PCU) of the OSCE Secretariat is managing the RFI process.
