Scope of work - SPSS

1)Purpose

• The VWS is seeking a solution to enable data collection through client feedback for analytical purposes.
• Feedback consists of standardised interviews with approximately 90 questions, conducted at two different points in time.
• Nature of the of process demands data-entry which is error-prone, user friendly (data entry in the field) and which should allow the Section to run multivariate inferential statistics for generalising, learning, comparing, predicting and identifying trends in our client population without having to go through lengthy statistics formula-using.

   

2) Software components

• SPSS
• Add-on software for web-based data collection compatible with SPSS.
• Data collection capabilities/possibilities including mobile devices apps./web applications.

3)Analysis component:    

• IBM SPSS Statistics Standard Edition   -  1 concurrent user  

   

4)Data Collection:

• PS Question Pro Unicom former IBM Intelligence Interviewer offline      3 concurent users          
• Data Collection: PS Question Pro Unicom former IBM Intelligence Interviewer web 70 PVU  500
• Questionnaire Design: PS Question Pro Unicom former IBM Intelligence Interviewer Author  - 1 concurent user      

5)Hardware Component

• Server space to be provided by (ICC) IMSS
• Security requirements should be in consultation/collaboration with ICC IMSS regarding the final PVU's (server set-up) and installation.

6)Other Services

• 12 months support and maintenance. Plus quote for Subsequent years support and maintenance per year.
• Training Questionnaire design plus data collection 2 days
• Availability of on-site installation support
• Server Support to be provided by ICC IMSS
