Provision of High Speed Flat Bed Scanners to MINUSCA

1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and registered Professional IT and communication Companies for the Provision of 20 High Speed Flat Bed Scanners to MINUSCA in Bangui of the Central African Republic. 2. The required scanners primary description: AC 100 to 249 V with European pin plug; fast scanning, at least up to 90 ppm/180 ipm in color and monochrome, landscape and portait; ultrasonic double feed detection with advanced control; advanced image processing in hardware with color graphics adapter (CGA); software tools and applications including kofax VRS professional; able to scan both sides of paper; should come with consumables kit; adhere to ecological regulations for safeguarding the environment. MINUSCA will carry out a competitive bidding exercise by issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) with detailed technical specifications and other terms to those companies who express their interest and provide initial relevant information (company profile, references, licenses, etc.) demonstrating their ability to fulfill MINUSCA requirements. 3. Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail (details below), courier services or hand delivery to MINUSCA at the address given below. 4. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation/Invitation to Bid. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 5.
