Provision of Office Cleaning and Janitorial Services for OCHA in Amman, Jordan

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), are seeking the establishment of a long-term agreement (LTA) for the provision of office cleaning and janitorial services for OCHA's Regional Office in Amman, Jordan. The anticipated contract duration is three (3) years (2+1). The subject building is a two-story standalone villa, which hosts 40-50 employees. The cleaning staff shall consist of at least six (6) professional cleaning personnel. The working hours of cleaning staff shall be Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 and general cleaning on Saturdays. The required services include, but are not limited to the following: - Provision of cleaning and waste disposal services; - Development of a periodic cleaning plan; - Ensuring that cleaning services do not interrupt OCHA's business operations; - Ensuring that all comsumables are replenished and available at all times when required; - Provision of own cleaning tools, equipment and materials;
