ITB 2017/-50/WA Sewing machines and embroidery machine for The Gambia

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above subject. Bids are required to be received by ITC no later than 11 December 2017 during business hours (the Closing Date).

This ITB consists of this letter, the subsequent instructions and the following annexes:

Annex A:  Acknowledgement Letter (indicating which Lot(s) your company is bidding for).

Annex B:  Technical Specifications / Bid Form

Annex C:  UN Conditions of Contract for the provision of goods and services (please sign)

You are kindly requested to return the attached Annex A - Acknowledgement Letter, duly signed by an authorized representative of your company, to the ITC via email to arndt@intracen.org, Attention: Wenona Arndt, who shall serve as the focal point of contact with regard to this ITB, no later than nine days after the issuance date of this ITB. The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid and if not, indicate the reason.

ITC might split the award by lots. Hence, ITC will accept offers for either one, or two, or three or all four lots.
