New clarification added: Dear Valued Suplier, Thank you for your questions and here below is our response. 1. Since this tender is posted through the UNOPS e-sourcing system, submitting bid documents and any questions from vendors in need of clarification should be sent through the system alone as how you did now in asking your question and all clarification answers likewise will be provided from our side by the system alone. Hence, no need of writing a contact name and email from our side. Concerning the tender instruction you mentioned, it is a standard instruction document, which we use also while posting any tender on the UNOPS business opportunity site by uploading all tender documents manually unlike to how we do in the e-sourcing system. It is while we use the UNOPS business opportunity site to upload tender documents that we provide the contact person and email so that vendors can communicate us by email for asking clarification questions, as they have no any other means. 2. Concerning you request on bid submission extension period, since we have given sufficient days and the project is urgent, we kindly inform you that we cannot extend any further from the submission deadline and kindly be advised to make extra effort to meet the deadline from your side.
