PROVISION OF CHAIN LINK FENCE IN SUPPORT OF THE UNITED NATIONS PEACEKEEPING MISSIONS     

The United Nations is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers and distributors of Security Grade Chain Link Fencing Systems (including Gates) for use in our Field Missions worldwide. The fencing system will be primarily utilized as physical security barriers. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided within the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI. No further detail can be made available prior to the issuance of the RFP solicitation. NOTE: Due to expected high volume of communications, please follow the instructions below: 1. Please review this complete request for EOI document. 2. Interested vendors must complete and submit page 3 of this document by email indicating the EOI Number in the subject. At this stage please do not submit any additional information and no questions will be answered. 3. If you have questions related to UN vendor registration, please follow the instructions below or contact register@un.org. 4. Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full. The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline. NOTE : Your response must be submitted not later than 1700 hours Eastern Time (US) on the stated deadline date, via (a) email as a PDF attachment to kamelm@un.org. Vendors are requested to indicate their UNGM registration number in the below Vendor Response Form if already registered as a vendor with the UN; if not already registered, companies may still respond to the EOI but must complete the registration process on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) identifying 'UN Secretariat' as a selected agency (http://www.ungm.org). UNPD reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
