Tender description: Supply and Provision of Moisture Meters, Handheld Portable Grain Moisture Tester and Air Screen Cleaner with Gravity Table described in Section II of this ITB.
The bidder/s shall bid the Lots as follow -

New clarification added: Will a partial award be possible for this contract? Just in case we cannot get quotations for all lots involved.Ans: We will not award by partial basis. Bidder can bid all lots or specific lot as desire.

New clarification added: We have two main clarifications for Lot 3 in the tender:1. A manufacturer has advised that although the tender requires 10t/h for seed and 20t/h for grain but in fact, the seed and grain gravity weights do not vary too much, so one machine can not process seed and grain with such a big difference in tonnes/hour. Therefore they can offer 10tonnes/hour for both seed and grain or 20t/h but not a machine that has10t/h and 20t/h capacity.They want to offer the 10t/h machine as the 20t/h is more powerful, bigger and more expensive, takign it away from the tender requirements. Please advise if offering a machine that has 10t/h for both seed and grain is acceptable.Ans: It is ok that 10t/h for both seed and grain.2. Although 4 tyres are required, the same manufacturer has advised that a machine with 2 tyres and 2 360 degree rotating wheels be provided. This is because a trailer unit with 4 tyres will not be very manouverable at site, whereas the one with the 2 x rotating wheels will be easily manouverable with the 2 tyres alongside. Please advise if this is acceptable.Ans: Unless if it is not affect the performance of the machine it is acceptable.
