UNFPA will hold a pre-bid conference with suppliers on Monday 10 July 2017 from 12.30-13.30 Copenhagen Time. Please follow this link to join the conference: https://bluejeans.com/629694168.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, invites sealed bids for the supply of smartphones and covers for its partners in Burkina Faso.

The Bidder shall be required to quote for all items.  

The bid shall reach UNFPA’s address or inbox of bidtender@unfpa.org no later than Wednesday 5 July 2017 at 12.00 Copenhagen Time. Bids shall be opened on Wednesday 5 July 2017 at 13.00 Copenhagen Time. 

A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification on the bid solicitation documents may notify UNFPA in writing by Wednesday 28 June 2017 (Ms. Lidia Porto, porto@unfpa.org).
