Interior Refurbishment of Printing Building

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations (ECLAC) is seeking for companies with local representation in Chile, with at leaset 3 years of experience, with technical and financial capacity to participate in the bidding process for construction of Interior Refurbishment of Printing Building (700m2). 1. Purpose of the contract 1.1. ECLAC requires from the contractor the implementation of the “Refurbishment of the two storie Printing Building” located inside ECLAC compound. The project includes demolition and interior refurbishment without structural commitment, including civil Works, drywalls and interior windows, electrical/low voltage intallations and finishes. 1.2. The work area is approximately 700 m2. 1.3. This request includes, but is not limited, to the provision, implementation and commissioning of the following: •Dismantling and demolition works •Civil works and finishes •Sanitary works •Dry wall construction •Construction of onsite furniture •Interior glass wall installing •Electrical and low voltage connections •Installing of pavements and coverings •Installing of ceilings •Installing of lamps 1.4 ECLAC will name a Coordinator and Technical inspector who, with the architects, will supervise over the contractor, and will review and certify if the work done by the contractor is according to the present contract.
