HCD practitioners comprising a blend of UX, UI and development expertise

The WFP Burundi Office is in the process of improving its Smart School Meals programme, in order to better address shortage at schools. The team has recently undergone an HCD (human-centred design) process to uncover the key challenges and needs of programme actors within schools. The next phase will involve narrowing the tested Concepts to one winning concept (based on the HCD research insights), building and testing prototypes in order refine them further, and building the final concept in collaboration with WFP’s core stakeholders.
