Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, must be delivered on or before 03 July 2017 on or before 1400 hours to bids.iraq.sc@undp.org by mentioning the “ITB 214/17” in subject line.

The bidders are advised to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 20 June 2017 between 10:00am till 12:00, Focal Person: Adeeb Numan Abdulazeez, mobile phone number: (07901425362).

Pre-bid meeting will also take place at 10:00 AM on 22 June 2017. The pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Skype conference call. Bidders shall confirm their attendance by email to sanjar.rahimov@undp.org indicating their Skype ID.
