Tent Rental for UN Delegate Screening and for Media Screening

1) Tent Rental for the United Nations Delegate Screening (Twisted Gun): From: 27 August 2017 (Installation Date) To: 07 October 2017 (Dismantle/Pick-up Date) This tent must be (20’ x 60’) ft. Anchor Span or similar heavy duty clear span structure frame tent with solid white side walls. Ramps, entrance and exit must be “flushed to the floor” to prevent people from tripping on the floor. Floor - must be level, stable and sturdy for the screening equipment that is sensitive to vibrations to function properly. Magnetometer feet must rest on leveled solid wood base cut out from the rest of the flooring, no exceptions, which must eliminate all vibrations from the ground and flooring. Sufficient Lighting – must meet local code requirements, and must be a minimum luminance level of 30 lumens with fluorescent lighting. Exit Signs – Illuminated exit signs with emergency lights on entrance and exit. HVAC - must be equipped with 2 AC units with 10 tonnage capacity each. Air Ventilation – must be equipped with 4 industrial fans to circulate air. 2) Tent Rental for the MEDIA SCREENING: From: 26 August 2017 (Installation Date) To: 07 October 2017 (Dismantle/Pick-up Date) This tent must be (30’ x 40’) ft. Anchor Span or similar heavy duty clear span structure frame tent with solid white side walls. Ramps, entrance and exit must be “flushed to the floor” to prevent people from tripping on the floor.
