The African Union / United Nations Hybrid Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified Firms for Travel management Service To be considered the EOI must include the following information: 1. Company’s full profile with all details (address, telephone & fax numbers, email etc). 2. Company’s registration number (if already registered with UN), license(s) 3. List of the company’s customers during the past 3 years (Proof of similar services). 4. Proof of financial strength for the last three years; UNGM registration no. (www.ungm.org) Expression of Interest not addressing the above Points to the satisfaction of UNAMID shall not be considered for the solicitation to bid. Interested firms with relevant experience are invited to submit their Expression of Interest by fax or email as indicated above, clearly marked “Expression of Interest - Travel Management Service for UNAMID Darfur- Sudan , UNAMID-HRM-10-1/JS, must be received by UNAMID no later than 14 August 2009. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNAMID reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
