ICC Headquarter Landlines (2010-2014)

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the provision of Landline Services (corporate dedicated internet lines, point-to-point links, ISDN-30) for the ICC Headquarter for the period of 2010 to 2014. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

ICC seeks the solution that addresses all functional requirements.

·         ICC will port the majority of existing connectivity requirements to the solution / set of solutions agreed under the new contract.

·         In the specific case of telephone lines (ISDN-30), the numbers will be ported to the new physical connections observing rules and constraints set by the regulating authorities regarding number portability

·         The selected vendor will be preferred for new connectivity requirements.

 A Request for Proposal, which seeks for the consultancy service to undertake the tasks related to further development of this software, is scheduled to be sent out in August 2009.
