The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to launch a tender for the Provision and Rendering of Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Ground Maintenance Services and Renovation/Alternation Works for the United Nation Office in Belgrade (UNOB), Serbia. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all cleaning materials, supplies, cleansing agents, consumables, specialized and other equipment and vehicles for the execution of services in accordance with best commercial practices. The Total Estimated Areas are as follows: 1. Internal Floor area: 1,009 m² 2. Garden areas: 1,765 m² 3. Drive way and parking area: 883 m² This Contract is intended to be issued for one (1) year, with the possibility to extend for another two (2) additional one year periods (1+1).
