The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form (Annex-A, Annex-B & Annex-C)

Section 8 – Form for Bid Security

Section 9 – Form for Performance Security

Section 10 – Contract to be Signed, including UNDP General Terms and Conditions for Works

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, must be delivered on or before 18 May 2017 on or before 1400 hours to bids.iraq.sc@undp.org by mentioning the ITB Reference No. “ITB 143/17 Reconstruction of Three Schools of 12 Classes in Albuobaid - Ramadi / (Al-Azm, Al-Nadhum, Al-Dhahir Schools, Al Anbar Governorate, Iraq).

The bidders are advised to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 11 May 2017 between 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. (Iraq Time).
