Supply of Methane Gas to GSC/UNLB Brindisi, Italy     

The Global Service Centre/United Nations Logistics Base intends to establish a Contract for the Supply Service of Methane Gas to the GSC/UNLB, located at Piazza Generale del Vento 1, 72100 – Brindisi, Italy. The contract will be established for 12 months, starting from 01 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. The estimated yearly consumption is 9,000 cubic meters. However, the aforementioned value must be considered as indicative and not binding for the GSC/UNLB. The Connection Point inside the GSC/UNLB, “Punto di Riconsegna - PDR” (Redelivery Point) 61493890036414, is at Building 228 where the UN canteen/restaurant is located. The requested service shall be provided in compliance with current Italian laws and regulations. Furthermore, the Contractor shall provide the amount of supply needed, and meet the quality criteria required by AEEG law (ref. ARG 198/2011 and subsequent amendments and addenda). In reference to the service, the Contractor shall also guarantee: - New connections (if required); - Appropriate disposal in case of new connection; - Contact transfer; - Relocation of gas meter and also technical and administrative support (including pricing) necessary for the resolution of any problem regarding energy management within the Free Market (“Libero Mercato”) and the optimization of service continuity ensured by the service provider. The Company must be registered in the Chamber of Commerce as Gas Producer or Wholesaler and must be recognized by the official entity for energy control in Italy, i.e. "Autorità per L'Energia Elettrica e il Gas". ***IMPORTANT NOTE: The solicitation documents will be sent via e-tendering platform only to the email address(-es) registered in companies’ UNGM account.
