The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), hereby invites qualified companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for Provisions of UNRC Washroom & Building Upgrades and Perimeter Fencing at the UN Gigiri Complex, Nairobi, Kenya. The scope of the requirement may include the provision of the following services; The scope of works includes but not limited to: i) Perimeter fencing. ii) Upgrades and alterations to the interior of existing washroom/changing room facilities. This shall include; wall demolitions, structural finishes to doors, floor, ceiling, wall partition, installation of electrical & plumbing fittings in washroom facilities. The works shall also involve upgrades to the interior of washroom facilities including the replacement of solid partitions with medium density fiber board partitions, floor tiling, and installations of new mechanical fixtures. iii) Structural works on aluminium doors and partitions. iv) Exterior cladding of the UN Recreation Centre Building at UNON Gigiri. The complete detail of the requirement will be included in the tender document that will be issued to the bidders after this request for EOI is closed IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. Companies interested in providing the above services should submit a completed Vendor response Form including their pre-qualification documentation. UNON will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest providing the required information as to their ability to fulfil the requirement. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Vendors that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submission will receive the final tender solicitation documents.
