New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, Below are a few of our queries about this bid.In the specifications provided, the dimensions of the book are not clear (SIZE: 5 3/8” W x 6 7/8” H)= 13,75cm wide x 17,5cm high, is this an 8 inch by 8 inch booklet? what is the other options of the units provided?Considering the size of the booklets 125-130 pages, thick plastic spiral bind (1/16inch or 1.8-2mm) is not appropriate, could this be replaced by wire binding?Are you planing to split the bid amongst bidders or you intend that the word be done by one firm?Could you give us the maximum anticipated budget for this work?Your response will be highly appreciated.Kind regardsRaymond UNOPS requirements: 1. New clarification added: About the manufacturing form what do you mean with " if bidder is not the manufacture" Do you mean if tthe bidder is not going to do the printing and is going to subcontract. Field 1.5 in this section only states paper thickness - 14 pt. So, Please specify:1. The cover material - is it Polyart (synthetic paper designated for outdoor / field use, water, tear and grease-resistant) or standard coated paper? POLYART, GLOSS 13.5 POINT SYNTHETIC SHEET 368M2. New clarification added: Form C: Price Schedule Form: Item 6 to 10: Shipping costs vary depending on total cargo weight. Hence if we know total number of cartons may be sent to these destinations, we can get exact freight per carton and total freight cost for that estination. There is a big difference between rate per carton if only one carton to be shipped and rate per carton if many (exact numbers required) cartons to be shipped.UNOPS is aware that the shipping cost are depending of the cargo weight. Therefore for evaluation purpose UNOPS will consider only the price for the total shipment to Uganda address. New clarification added: 1. Kindly advise if artwork for all 6 languages will be submitted to us all at one time, or if each language will be submitted at different times. Basically we need to know if we can schedule printing of all languages in one operation, or if we should estimate based on 6 different print jobs coming in at different times.2. You have requested shipping cost for 450 boxes of 100 books each to Uganda. Does this mean that we should estimate the shipping costs for all 45,000 books (in 6 languages) to Uganda? Can all these books be delivered in one shipment?3. Does the shipment to Uganda need to go by Air Freight or Sea Freight?1.
