Provision of Airfield/ Heliport Portable Lighting Equipment

It is anticipated that the Procurement Division of the United Nations will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the following: • Product 1: Portable Runway and Taxiway Edge Light systems - Standard Omni Directional and Night Vision (NVG) – capable. Trailered (To be offered in Standard and LED versions as well as Standard Recharging, and Solar powered versions. • Product 2: Portable Helicopter Landing Light systems – Standard Omni Directional and Night Vision (NVG) – capable. With Cart (To be offered in Standard and LED versions as well as Standard Recharging, and Solar powered versions. • Product 3: Emergency/Tactical Portable Helicopter Landing Light systems – Man Portable (Carrying Case) Night Vision (NVG) – capable. With Carrying Case (To be offered in Standard and LED versions as well as Standard Recharging, and Solar powered versions. • Product 4: Individual Runway and Taxiway Edge Lights - Standard Omni Directional and Night Vision (NVG) – capable. (To be offered in Standard and LED versions as well as Standard , Rechargeable, and Solar powered versions) • Product 5: Individual Helicopter Landing Lights – Standard Omni Directional and Night Vision (NVG) – capable. (To be offered in Standard and LED versions as well as Standard , Rechargeable, and Solar powered versions. In this regard, the UN is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of the Airfield/Heliport Portable Landing Equipment for its Field Missions throughout the world. The solicitation is intended to establish a systems contract for an initial 3-year period with 2 one-year optional extension periods at the UN’s discretion. Detailed specifications and approximate quantities for the entire contract period will be provided in the bidding document. Contract award will be made only to vendors who are registered at Level 2 under the United Nations Secretariat in UNGM. Please note that a mandatory Bid Bond will be required to participate in this Solicitation
