UNICEF Indonesia would like to request your proposals for the following LOTs:

LOT 1: WASH STBM endline evaluation survey

LOT 2: Sanitation and Hygiene KAP (Knowledge Attitude & Practice) and endline study in selected districts of South Sulawesi

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Monday, 13 March 2017 @15:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time  at the following address:

Bidder who’s not able to attend the pre-bid meeting at UNICEF office can be connected through skype or teleconference. Please contact Karla Dalimunthe at email address kdalimunthe@unicef.org cc to Suparlan Wiyono at email address swiyono@unicef.org before the date and time of the pre-bid meeting for getting access to skype and teleconference.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate email, should be submitted by email to jakartasupply@unicef.org NO LATER THAN Thursday, 30 March 2017 @17:00 hours (Jakarta Local Time).

The Subject line of the E-mail(s) should state as follow:

"Technical proposal LRPS-2017-9130571 - LOT 1: WASH STBM endline evaluation survey" and/or;

"Technical Proposal LRPS-2017-9130571 - LOT 2: Sanitation and hygiene KAP (Knowledge Attitude and Practice) and endline study in selected districts of South Sulawesi"

and in a separate email:

"Financial proposal LRPS-2017-9130571 - LOT 1: WASH STBM endline evaluation survey" and/or;

"Financial proposal LRPS-2017-9130571 - LOT 2: Sanitation and hygiene KAP (Knowledge Attitude and Practice) and endline study in selected districts of South Sulawesi" - DO NOT OPEN"

The secured password for the price proposal MUST be SENT in separate email upon request.
