TThe United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for the supply and installation of 1) Cellular Drift Eliminator and 2) Filmpack Fill for four (4) “LIANG CHI” Cooling Towers, model LBC-1000M, at the ESCAP compound, Bangkok, Thailand. Cellular Drift Eliminator - Standard materials: PVC - Material complies with CTI standard 136 - Module Height: 150mm - Module Width: 305mm - Forced changes in air flow direction: 3 - Drift loss: 0.002% - Max. continuous working temp: 52 C 2. Filmpack Fill, Counter Flow Type - The media shall be fabricated from rigid, corrugated PVC sheets that are conducive to cooling and UV protected. - The media modules shall be resistant to rot, fungi, bacteria and organic/inorganic acids and alkalis. - Standard Materials: PVC conforming to ASTM D1784: 12454B - Pitch: 19 mm. - Module Height: 122 mm. - Water Quality TSS: TSS 100 or less ppm. - Surface Area: 165 m2/m3 - PVC thickness: 0.20 mm - PVC tensile strength: 400 kg/cm2 - PVC elongation: > 40% - Heat distortion temperature: 55C - Flammability: <2 inch - Drift loss: 0.2
