Book Scanner (Hardware, software and maintenance)

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) located at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) to participate in an Invitation to Bid (ITB) it intends to issue for the procurement of a book scanner, for the Digitization and Microform Unit of the UNOG Library including any necessary options and maintenance.

                    Required services/goods are:

The book scanner must have a minimum scanning potential of 300 dpi optical resolution, in monochrome, color and grayscale, which shall be used to scan bound UN documents, open books, and archival manuscripts. It must have an integrated image treatment and improvement function.

Offers must include a trade-in of the book scanner purchased by the UNOG Library in 2006, a Zeutschel OS8000.
