Provision of Turnkey Project for Courtroom Audio Video Systems

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) located in Leidschendam, The Netherlands, seeks Expressions of Interest for a Request for Proposal (RFP), it intends to issue for awarding a Contract for the Provision of a Turnkey Project for Courtroom Audio Video Systems. The turnkey project must be compliant with ISO standard “33.160: Audio, Video and Audiovisual engineering” for the STL Courtroom, taking into account the following areas: • Audio facilities within the courtroom • Video facilities within the courtroom • Distribution and archive of courtroom audio and video • Media Center and Outside Broadcast facilities for delayed or live (Initial appearances/judgments, public sessions • Internet Video Streaming of delayed public sessions • Intranet Video Streaming of public sessions It is anticipated that the succesful contarctor will provide maintainance and support for all hardware, software and equipment licenses for a period of three years.
