International Creative Agency/Graphic Designer to create animated advocacy video clip for WHO Country Office Viet Nam

The purpose of the assignment is to support the WHO Country Office advocacy work for the Systems Design through developing a 3-4 minute long animated video with the working title “Systems Design – a vision for health equity in Viet Nam”. This advocacy material will exemplify and illustrate the different aspects the System Design and how this approach can address health inequities and meet the future demands of Viet Nam.

The scope of work includes preparation and study of background materials to understand the principles and dynamic of the Systems Design in Viet Nam. Importantly, the work involves close collaboration and consultation with the WHO CO in Viet Nam to develop the concept, script and storyboard for the final and main deliverable: Systems Design animated video clip.
