Description

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation on BPC (SAP Business Planning and Consolidation) Project. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

 

Scope of Work

The Court is planning the implementation of the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation platform in order to improve the automation of its internal budgeting process. The main purpose of the project it to facilitate the creation of yearly budgets through automated workflows and processes, while improving the budget reporting and forecast through the creation of a direct link between the Court’s ERP system (SAP) and the new budget software. The Court is seeking the services of specialised consultant to support the configuration of the BPC to fit the specific budget processes of the Court. The consultants must have demonstrable experience in the implementation of BPC in technical and organizational set-ups similar to the Court’s.

The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI.
