PAS supports strategic communications for large, robust peace operations in increasingly remote and dangerous environments. Effective communication is a major priority and necessity for peacekeeping operations to successfully implement the mission's mandate and to address peacekeeping challenges. The pilot project will use a campaign-based, technologically leveraged, multipronged approach to highlight the work being accomplished by Peacekeepers. PAS is seeking the services of a public relations firm to support its efforts with production of professionally designed materials/media tailored to the context. The selected firm will have demonstrated experience supporting international, focused communications campaigns, including raising public awareness, managing reputational risk, and enhancing social and digital media. The project will entail analyzing identified gaps, and creating tailored public awareness materials and media that will have measurable and achievable results. The project is planned to last approximately six months.
