Procurement of Medicines For The Federal Ministry of Health and the National Medical Supplies Fund in Sudan

Dear Bidders,
The Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH)/National Medical Supplies Fund (NMSF) of Sudan in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites bids for the supply of medicines as needed to enhance treatment of patients in The Republic of The Sudan.
UNDP hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The purpose of this ITB is meet the above objective through the establishment of Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for the sustained supply of medicines through UNDP for initial deliveries during the period 2016-2017.
As a result of this ITB, UNDP will work with the selected manufacturer to establish procurement arrangements that best meet the requirements of both parties ensuring further that the demand of the NMSF is met. These LTAs will provide the basis on which Purchase Orders are made for specific medicines’ deliveries throughout the period.

Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications
Section 4 – Bid Submission Form
Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder
Section 6 – Technical Bid Form
Section 7 – Price Schedule Form
Section 8 – Product Questionnaire
Section 9 – Model Long Term Agreement
Section 10 – General Terms and Conditions for Goods
Your offer, comprising of a Bid Submission Form, Technical Bid, Price Schedule and Product Questionnaire (per product), together transmitted via email, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.
You are kindly requested to submit a communication to UNDP on the following e-mail address advising whether your company intends to submit a BID.

The communication should be received, preferably, by UNDP no later than 5 August 2016, 12:00 Copenhagen local time. If you choose not to submit a BID in response to this ITB, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
