A. Tableau Server for Big Data and Business Intelligence Solution B. Project Description - The purpose is to select a vendor to provide the United Nations with Tableau Software licenses and support with the installation and configuration of the software. Training and documentation services associated with the use of Tableau software will also be required. C. Scope of Services, Expected Outputs and Target Completion - The supply of Tableau Software is outlined below: Quantity: 1 Component: 8-Core Multi Machine license and Maintenance (includes Support Services) – Year 1 Development & Test: Primary production Disaster Recovery - The supply of Tableau Licenses will be provided in accordance with UN Contract Standard. The Respondent must accept these terms in their submission. - Respondents should include a copy of their software license Agreement for Tableau software which will be reviewed by the UN legal department. - The Respondent must confirm that they are an authorized Tableau Reseller Partner. The product should provide the BI solutions such as analytics, data visualization, dashboards, and data exploration with following features: • Data Connections • End-user Functionality • Usability – Graphs • Usability - Maps - Integrated Maps (Map Mashups) • Usability - Prompts, Filters, Parameterizations • Calculations and Statistics • Interactive Dashboard and Story Telling • Distribution and Sharing • Security, Architecture and Administration • Internationalization Duration of the Work - The Tableau Server Licenses should deliver as early as possible after successful selection of bid/vendor. Location of Work - OICT & EAC-BKK Bangkok Qualifications of the Successful Service Provider - The service provider can either directly from Tableau who developed the product or from authorized Tableau Resellers. - Tableau Resellers should be Business Intelligence technology service providers that resell Tableau Server License, with a required minimum 6 years of experience in successful supply of Tableau Server Licenses to other customers across the globe.
