Supply and delivery of hygiene products for OSCE OiT needs. The objective of this ITB is to obtain bids and enter into a local window contract (long term agreement) with the successful bidder. The OSCE will be issuing the individual Purchase Orders to the selected contractor on “as and when required” basis that shall constitute the basis for supplying of goods by the contractor.
