1. The Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified vendors for Transportation Service included loading/unloading, fuel and driver.  The Contractor shall provide service to FAO from Monday through Friday during normal office hours to an authorized dispatching center. The contract shall be valid for a period of one (1) year with options of Four (4) extensions of one year each at the sole discretion of the FAO. FAO shall not provide any vehicle or labor.
2. This Request for Expression of Interest is not a solicitation document and submitting an interest does not automatically qualify a service provider to receive the resulting solicitation document. Moreover, FAO reserves the right to send the resulting Solicitation document to Service Providers identified through additional market research or other means to source the requested services.
3. FAO also reserves the right to cancel or modify this Request for Expression of Interest at any time.
