Structured Cabling Installation and Maintenance Services

The United Nations (UN) would shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of cabling system maintenance and installation services throughout the United Nations Headquarters (New York City) and leased spaces in the TriState area in support of its internal Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems. The awarded contractor will be required to supply technical personnel to perform trouble shooting, trouble resolution coordination, and other technical services required for cabling system maintenance. The contractor will also be required to provide hardware and build out of telecommunications spaces and outlet termination facilities for moves, adds, and changes as well as telecommunications connectivity for all miscellaneous services (elevator telephones, coaxial cabling, etc.). The United Nations Procurement Division invites expressions of interest (EOI) from vendors with demonstrated technical qualifications and management capability to maintain and support the UN's campus-wide cabling infrastructure. The UN reserves the right to issue the final solicitation documents only to those prospective Vendors that respond to the EOI, and are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission. * Please respond to EOI preferably by email to; bulleno@un.org
