Description
1.0 UNAMI seeks a qualified provider with capacity to provide prepaid online Ubiquity UNIFY v4 training for 17 people to be accessible in the year 2016 at the staff convenience.
Specifically UNAMI seeks;
1.1 Basic Training on Ubiquity UNIFY v4
1.2 Advanced Training on Ubiquity UNIFY v4.
2.0 METHOD:
2.1 The training must provide “certificate of completion” for both courses and provide Free Access over the Internet to own dedicated training hardware for up to 7 days allowing the participants access to configure different scenarios and gain real hands-on experience;
2.2 The provision of the training must allow for flexible dates for the participants’ attendance so as to not impact operations by having all attend at the same time;
2.3 The vendor must offer a tailor-made turnkey system meeting the UNAMI training requirements accessible through any standard internet connection anywhere in the world;
2.4 The training must cover the standard “Basic and Advanced Ubiquity Curriculum” and minimum of below topics:

3.0 TIME FRAME:
3.1 The expected date of commencement of this training is 20 March 2016.
4.0 GENERAL CONDITIONS:
4.1 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. In addition, the interested Companies should complete a UNGM Registration at level 1 or above
4.2 The service should be executed by qualified and experienced company, based on the Scope of Requirement (SOR), UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided later on by UNAMI to qualified vendors who express their interest and respond to this EOI;
5.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
The Provider must confirm compliance (100%) with UNAMI Core Requirements. Failing to meet any of the below conditions shall disqualify the vendor’s submission (proposal).
5.1 Access to the online training must be available using standard internet connections from anywhere in the world
5.2 Training must include all relevant materials
5.3 Training must include certificate of completion
5.4 Training must follow standard Ubiquity curriculum for version 4 and at minimum include elements specified above
5.5 Training must include access real Ubiquiti® hardware running real software for up to 7 days for each participant.
6.0 Please NOTE on the following:
6.1 This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal;
6.2 UNAMI reserves the right to select or exclude any vendor at its sole discretion to invite or not for the competitive bidding process based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for Tender document;
6.3 UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
