Description
~Documents Conversion and Microfilming Services shall allow for the preparation, capture, storage, indexing, retrieval, and display of an electronic image of the original paper document (including provision of the materials, tools, equipment and human resources required to complete the services) through the writing of quality digital images to both digital media and microfilm, an accepted method of recording and preserving digital document information. Documents Conversion and Microfilming Services required for ADB records shall result in quick and easy access to records originally stored or received in paper form or other media formats.
