Provision and Management of Duty Free/Post Exchange (PX) Services for UNTSO HQ, Jerusalem

The United Nations Truce Supervision Office (UNTSO) was established by the United Nations Security Council in 1948 and its Headquarter is located in the following address: Government House, Armon Ha'natziv, Jerusalem. More information about the Mission and its mandate can be found at our website http://untso.unmissions.org/ The UNTSO intends to engage a company (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor” or “Contractor”) to establish and operate a Duty Free/Post Exchange (PX) Services facility (hereinafter referred to as “PX”). The PX shall provide duty and tax-free merchandise, reasonably and competitively priced, for sale to the authorized UNTSO personnel. The Vendor shall establish and operate the PX in accordance with the Contract, the United Nations General Conditions of Contract, applicable laws of the host government and international practices.
