Description

UNDP Moldova invites Sealed Bids for the construction of biomass heating systems in selected municipalities of the Republic of Moldova as follows:

Lot 1: “Construction of biomass heating systems in public buildings in the municipalities Budai (district Taraclia) and Taraclia”

Lot 2: “Construction of biomass heating systems in public buildings in the municipalities Leova and Cimislia”

On 02 November 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by COB on Friday, 30 October 2015.

Site visits will be conducted on 03 November 2015 following the next schedule:

10:00 - Kindergarten-nursery No. 3, Cimislia

12:00 - school of arts, Taraclia

13:00 - kindergarten of village Budai, district Taraclia

15:00 - sports school, Leova

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 10 November 2015 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
