Office partitioning to UNOCA, Libreville, Gabon

The United Nations Global Service Centre/ United Nations Logistics Base (UNGSC/UNLB) on behalf of the United Nations Reginal Office for Central Africa (UNOCA) based in Libreville, Gabon, wishes to identify a contractor to erect internal partitions in its new office premises at the “La Perla” compound in the Economic Social Center neighborhood in Libreville, Gabon. Some demolition of the existing walls is also necessary. Works will be done in the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of “Block A” inside the compound. The Contractor shall provide all materials and personnel to carry out the required scope of works: - demolition of the existing internal partitions - erecting new partitions in masonry (brick or concrete blocks) - plastering new erected partitions - installation of the doors - installation/repair of the floor tiles - painting works
