Video Wall Controller Solution and Installation

The purpose of this ITB is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of the video wall controller, audio switch, rack and its components that will; 

1. Display video/image out to the existing 2 x 3 video wall screens (6 x Samsung UD46C 46”), and 
2. Bring out the audio using the existing speaker system (Logitech X-530), from inputs such as; Laptop, Video Conference unit and/or any HDMI devices (including Apple TV, Microsoft Miracast device, Cable TV Feed / VCR). Bidders are also sought to provide pricing of an optional requirements as listed on the document. 

The components required are the View Wall Controller (Standard Rack-mount chassis), Digital Audio Switch, Standalone rack, maintenance and support, remote configuration and integration as well as optional in-site physical setup and installation. 

The system is located in UNAIDS situation room at 20 avenue Appia, 1211 Geneva, Switzerland. The video wall controller, audio switch and the rack along with the required components will be positioned in the room next to the situation room
