The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites companies to express their interest to participate in upcoming bidding exercise related to the Provision of Reception, Photo Frame, Radio/TV Broadcast, Billboard requirements in different cities in Afghanistan. The Service Provider shall be responsible to perform the following in different Cities in Afghanistan; (a) Panoramic Photo Frame Construction, (b) Receptions (Invitation Only), (c) UN70 events - exhibition setup, logistics and transport, (d) TV/Radio, Social Media Publicity/Broadcast & Billboards. Please note this notice is issued to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a soliciation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Further details of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation docuements to the invited companies.
