Re-location of the General Services Compound for the OSCE Mission in Kosovo; site visit scheduled for 25/06/2015

‘Works to be performed include dismantling, transporting and re-erecting four office blocks (ISO prefabricated containers 20 ft), one hard wall (sandwich panel) warehouse (20 x 30 meters), and one soft skin shelter attached to the warehouse (15 x 20 meters). Prefabricated buildings are located in the OMIK BBC Logistic Base in Prishtinë/Priština and shall be re-erected in the new OMIK Log base located at HIB Petrol, M9, Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje. In addition, one mast (17 meters) shall be dismantled, a new concrete foundation shall be built and the mast shall be re-erected at the new location. A new office block and warehouse shall be connected to the water supply and sewage networks and all associated works shall be part of this contract. This contract does not include any electrical or communication works. Works shall start at the second half of July 2015, no later than 31 July 2015’
