A pre-proposal conference will be held on 02 June 2015 at 1100 hours at Blue Palace Guest House, Sahibzada Abdul Qayum Khan Road University Town, Peshawar.  Interested parties who wish to attend the pre-proposal conference are kindly requested to send the name, NIC number and company name to Mr. Anwar Ul Haq at anwar.ul.haq@undp.org  on or before 1st  June 2015 in order to obtain necessary security clearance.  No proposer will be allowed to take part without security clearance.

Further clarification (if any) can be sought through email to procurement.info@undp.org.  However, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date.
