The UNPD Regional Procurement Office (UNPD/RPO), on behalf of the United Nations Mission for Southern Sudan (UNMISS),hereby invites qualified contractors from all countries to submit their Expression of Interest for the following upcoming solicitation: UNMISS seeks qualified contractors to provide all required services for a door-to-door freight collection, expediting and delivery service of inbound/outbound cargo to, from and within South Sudan, as well as related services that include, but are not limited to frieght tracking and item packages, shipment labelling, customs clearance, loading and offloading, provision of materials handling equipment, warehousing and delivery. Qualified contractors interested in providing the above mentioned services should complete the attached Vendor Response Form, and return to the RPO via email unesb-rpo@un.org before closing date. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of proposals. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participated in the solicitation when issued. The RPO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The solicitation, and any subsequent commitment to contract, will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations.
