Request for Expression of Interest

Bangkok Regional Hub of UNDP is inviting companies to be included in our vendor roster for providing following goods and services: Scope of Work

•              Interior, non-structural demolition works

•              Civil Engineering works

•              New furnishing: wall-finishing, floor finishing, ceiling finishing etc.

•              Supply of Energy efficient lighting

•              Installation of Energy efficient lighting

•              Mechanical works

•              Electrical works

•              Supply of office furniture: Desks, Workstations, chairs, filing cabinets etc.

•              Installation of office furniture: Desks, Workstations, chairs, filing cabinets etc.

Companies may express their interest in providing one or more of the above-mentioned goods and services.

Companies interested, must submit a written Expression of Interest along with copies of business registrations/licenses, and a brief company profile with past experience in similar projects.

Required Information

The Expression of Interest must include the following information:

•              Completed Vendor Response Form (Annex I) duly signed and stamped

•              Company Profile:  Business Registration, Core areas of expertise, Brief company history, years in business and size

•              Legal Registration: Registration certificate of the company (As per laws of the country of registration) In case, the company is registered/authorized representative of a manufacturer, please provide authorization letter.

•              Audited financial statements for the past 3 years

•              Past Experience: 3 examples of similar previous assignments –full contact details of previous clients, value of contract and scope of work.

How to Submit

Expression of Interest (EOI) documents must be submitted via email to:

rcb.procurement.th@undp.org with the subject as “UNDP BRH – Vendor Roster.” by 17th April 14:00hrs GMT + 7:00 . EOI’s received after the above deadline will not be considered.
