Description
1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit proposals for the Provision of Catering and Cafeteria Services to UNAMI Regional Headquarters in Baghdad Green Zone, Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), Kirkuk and Erbil, Iraq. The required service will be provided to 2 categories of customers i.e. UN Guard Units (UNGU) paid by the mission based on daily meals attendance sheet (DMAS) and Civilian Staff on a “cash payment” basis. 2.0 UNAMI requires to secure the non-exclusive services of a professional contractor to manage and operate civilian cafeterias as an independent commercial entities including the on-site preparation and line service of breakfast, lunch, dinner and a boxed dinner 7 days a week, 365 days a year, on a regular basis. UNAMI will consider the split award per location and interested companies may submit proposals for any location and service suitable. 4.0 Please note on the following: a) This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. b) UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for RFP document. c) UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOI's received after the above deadline.
